In this menu you can view your document in different look as Normal/Web Layout/Print layout
Tool Bar : To view different tool options of tool bar you can click in to tool bar after clicking option (eg : Standard/Formatting/ Drawing/ Pictures) that tools will be available or you can see it in top of your page. or go to customize and click menu you want to see in top bar.
Commands : to add a command to a toolbar select a category or option you are viewing in this menu and drag the command out of this dialogue box to toolbar
Ruler : There is ruler in top and left of the word document to view the ruler click tick mark or remove tick mark not to view ruler.
Header and Footer : If you want to put header on the top of your document of footer to the bottom of your document then press header and footer option from view menu.
Zoom : You can view your document in different view option 75 % to 200% and other zoom option like whole page and many pages.
Full Screen : you can view your document full screen
