In Format Menu

Font: In this option you can choose different types and sizes of fonts in Bold/Italic/Regular format for your document. From this tool you also can choose different colors to your text in simple or underline style.
There are different Effects options to use as your demand click on the box you want to use

Character spacing : In this option you can choose different character spacing for your document in different scale (eg. "AUTO " in 250%) and in Normal/Expanded and Condensed  in Normal/Raised/Lower Position.




Text Effects: From this option you can give different Animation Shades to your Texts (eg : Blinking, Las vegas, Marching Black etc)



Paragraph : Paragraph tools is use to give different indents and spacing in your word document.



a)    In general : To set Alignment left/right/centered/justified etc
b)    outline level : body text/level 1-10 etc
c)    Indentation : To set specific Space as required to left/right indent.
d)    Special : To set None/Hanging/First line by 0 to 22"
e)    Spacing : To set Before and After Spacing to  paragraph
f)    Line Spacing : To set single/1.5/Double/At least/ Exactly/Multiple at your choice
g)     Preview : you can make preview what changes had effected to the paragraph of your document after selecting different options in this tools
h)    Tabs : Tab setting is that point from where you want to start to write normally default tab is set between 0.5" (eg :  Tab Space Dear sir ) you can see tab key in your key board

Break : You can add page break/ column break or section break option.


Page Number : In this option you can give page numbers to your document you have to fix position as top or bottom of page and fix alignment like left/right/center.



Inside Page Number Formant : Press format to choose the page number format as 1,2,3,4 or a,b,c,d, or i, ii, iii, iv etc. Continue from "previous page" or "start at" to choose number as your option e.g. (if you want to start page number from 25) click on "start at" and give number of your demand.




Symbol : If you want to add some symbols to your document which is not available in your keyboard or in fonts then you can choose some symbols or special characters from this option. Select the symbols and press "Insert".
   


Comments : If you want to give special comment to the specific word or letter than you can choose this option.


 
Reference : If you want to add foot note/caption/cross-reference/index and tables then you can choose this option

Footnote : If you want to add some foot note to your document then choose this option


  Picture : In this option you can add different pictures from clipart or from file source



 
Clip art : If you want to add some clip art pictures to your document which is already save by Microsoft word program then option will appear in the right site of your document then you can choose search for eg (type house) search in all collection then it will show some pictures choose your favorite and  click on that picture and you will get it to your document.


Edit picture : Right click from your mouse to that picture the you can see show picture tool bar.







From the below Picture tools you can change colors of your pictures from gray scale to washout option and you can increase or decrease the contras and brightness of your pictures.
You also can crop the pictures removing unwanted parts of pictures Also can make warp to in line text/square/tight/behind text and in front text to selected pictures


Text Box : If you want to put some words in horizontal and vertical position then this tool is used. After that drag the box to your convenient place.

Text Direction : You can set different text direction by this tools start from this section/this point or to whole document.

Change Case : You have type you document in lower case (small letter) and you want to change it to upper case (CAPITAL LETTERS) then this tools will help you to change. To insert watermark background of picture or text
1) Go to format menu
2) choose background and click on Printed watermark option
3) Then dialogue box will appear
4) Choose Picture watermark or Text watermark as your choice
5) To insert picture click on select picture then browse the picture from your computer
6) Choose the scale of picture to fill the hole page or selected ration needed
7) click on tick mark to make washout or deem background and remove tick mark to make bright back ground
8) To insert text watermarks
9) Click on text watermark option
10) Type or choose text from text box
11) Choose fonts
12) Choose the size of fonts
